Russ brings a wealth of experience in commercial radio, presenter training and marketing, having spent many years working across the industry before relocating to Spain in early 2024. Since joining Breeze, he has become an integral part of the station’s growth and direction.

He helped found the Breeze Academy, where he trains and mentors new presenters, helping them develop on-air confidence, technical skills and their own unique radio style. Russ is also heavily involved in station marketing, shaping campaigns, guiding branding and ensuring Breeze stays closely connected with the community.

Alongside all this, Russ hosts Breeze Brunch, Mondays and Tuesdays from 12–2pm, bringing his trademark warmth, wit and polished broadcasting style to the midday airwaves.
